I am Enough. You are too
Like many, I carried and nurtured my wound of not being good enough. Always feeling lonely and afraid, never daring to look into my own eyes.
Unexpectedly the truth of not loving myself filtered into my soul until I could no longer stand it. So, I plucked up all my inner reserves and stood naked in front of my mirror. I dared to examine every inch of my body and soul. I marvelled at the softness of my skin. The colour of my hair. The odd little stubble on my chin. The tangible evidence that marked my transition into motherhood. I hugged myself. Healing tears washed away the notion of not being good enough.
I dared to whisper my truth… I love myself. I love my body. I love being me. I am Enough.
Dare to use my story to guide you in your quest to examine your own body in a mirror. Next, reclaim and love the perfection that is you.
