Discard your Mask and reclaim your Truth
If only I could live my truth and truly belongYou long for the sacred comfort of feeling as if you belong. I feel safe behind my mask We delude and corrupt our inner truth by blindly believing our self-constructed lies. We willingly corrupt our world by imprisoning our soul behind a false mask that we project out into the world. We desperately try to fill our inner emptiness with things:- clothes, people, food, sex, anger, sadness, tears, fears…the list is infinite. We sabotage our sense of self-worth and loneliness by persevering in daily battles to stay in relationships or situations that have run its course. Daring to face the illusion Nevertheless, deep within our heart of hearts, our truth silently awaits our signal to birth unwavering fulfilment. In the darkest hour of our night, an almost indiscernible voice wakes us. It whispers a truth so profound; it infiltrates the hidden corners of our soul. We desperately reach for the familiar safety of our mask, only to find it missing. We are forced to stop and for a moment to bravely gaze into a mirror and see a fleeting glimpse of our truth. Your soul speaks your truth Could you dare to look into your own eyes? Could you dare to truly see your soul and recognise the infinite perfection of creation that you so desperately seek but, in your confusion, unconsciously reject from your heart and soul. Dare to encourage yourself to become brave enough to look beyond your mask. Purposely leave no stone unturned to find and face the authentic fulfilment that lingers within the perfection of your soul. When you find it, dare to embrace that which eagerly awaits. Entrust it to once more guide you as you journey upon your bespoke life path. Be seen in safety It can be confronting to face your soul’s truth, as beautiful as it is. So it is wise to establish a support network of women who understand your journey, who gather without masks to celebrate authenticity, and who can lovingly guide you on your path.
